Raising young children can be both rewarding and challenging, especially for new parents. It's common to feel unsure about how to best support your child's health and wellbeing, and to struggle with understanding their needs and behaviours. That's where the Circle of Security® Parenting™ program comes in.

Our Circle of Security PLUS | Reflective Parenting Program is a 8-week program merging the evidence-based Circle of Security Parenting TM approach with life coaching practices.
Designed to empower mothers, it fosters secure attachment bonds with their children while prioritising the mother's personal growth and self-reflection. By intertwining parenting skills with opportunities for individual development, this program cultivates a nurturing environment where both parent and child can thrive.

More about the COSP™ Model
Drawing on decades of research and the COSP™ model developed by the Circle of Security® Parenting™ originators, the program provides parents with the tools and strategies they need to better understand their child's emotional world and support their optimal development.

Through the program, parents can learn to read their child's emotional needs, support their successful management of emotions, enhance their self-esteem, and honour their innate wisdom and desire for security.
By participating in the Circle of Security® Parenting™ program, parents can gain confidence in their ability to support their child's emotional and psychological development and build a strong, loving relationship with them.
