Service Description

Singing Hearts is an 8-week program for mothers, thoughtfully designed to run during school terms. It creates a nurturing and inclusive space for women to focus on their mental wellbeing through group singing, mindfulness practices, and meaningful community connections. The program warmly welcomes children, who also benefit from the enriching and joyful environment, fostering bonds through shared musical experiences.
